MONTHLY FQ DRAWING
At the monthly meeting we have a themed fat quarter drawing. For each 100% cotton FQ you bring you'll receive a ticket in the drawing to win them all! This is a great way to add to your stash. You can enter up to four times. Leave up to one yard pieces of fabric intact.

CHRISTMAS TREE BLOCK of the MONTH
Each group of six quilters will make one set of six blocks in the technique they sign up for. Patterns are distributed monthly, June through October. The blocks are distributed to the group as finished, the last at the November meeting. The blocks are assembled into the participants choice of project. Finished projects are revealed at the Holiday Potluck in December. There will be a prize for the project that gets the most votes.
A long-standing Guild tradition. A selection of fabrics are placed in a box that is passed from member to member. Each participant, using only the fabrics in the box, make a 12 ½ inch block using the pattern and technique of their choice. The finished block is their entry to win a quilt top assembled by members from the blocks. The drawing for the quilt tops is one of the fun events at the Summer Picnic.
This year there are two colorways: 1930’s and Civil War. You can participate in either, or both boxes.
