Quilt Show Registration
Entry Criteria and Rules

  • Pieces must be registered individually
  • All entries must be registered by Wednesday, October 18th at 3:00 PM
  • All entered pieces must be brought to the SWW Fairgrounds, Living Arts Building Wednesday October 18, 2017 from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Receipts will be given upon arrival at show
  • If you are unable to bring your entered items at the designated time, please register and bring your pieces to the October guild meeting.
  • No pieces will be accepted the day of the show
  • Entries must be picked up at the SWW Fairgrounds, Living Arts Building from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM on Saturday October 21, 2017
  • You must present your receipt to claim your entries
  • Entries cannot be removed early. No Exceptions!
